Return and exchange service

At Naja Lauf, it is important for us to create a good and safe shopping experience. You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package - see ours Terms of trade.

If you would like to initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at kontakt@najalauf.com 

All returns are subject to a return fee of DKK 49 for Denmark and €20 for Europe, which will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed within 5–10 days after we have received and inspected the returned product.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition. If a product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or has any odors (including perfume, smoke, or other smells), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Uncollected packages will be considered cancellation of the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of DKK 49. from the return amount.
