How to return

Return and exchange service

At Naja Lauf, it is important for us to create a good and safe shopping experience. You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package - see ours Terms of trade.

When returning, please enclose a copy of the delivery note / invoice and return note, on which you can note the reason for your return. If you want to make an exchange, please return the desired item and write the size you may need.

We process your return same day as reception. You will receive a return receipt via email once your return has been processed.

You can purchase a return label for your package through us. Click the link here

GLS return label (this service is only available in Denmark, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden).

Once your return shipment is received, customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return shipment meets the conditions for return (see return slip attached to your shipment or our Terms and Conditions), the money will be returned to the payment card used as soon as possible.

Uncollected packages will be considered cancellation of the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of DKK 39. from the return amount.

Be aware!

Your goods must be sent back in proper packaging. The item must be in the same condition as upon receipt. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we assess whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will be set off against the return amount.
