Return and exchange service

At Naja Lauf, it is important for us to create a good and safe shopping experience. You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package - see ours Terms of trade.

Please contact us at kontakt@najalauf.com to initiate your exchange or return.

We process your return same day as reception.

Uncollected packages will be considered cancellation of the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of DKK 39. from the return amount.

Be aware!

Your goods must be sent back in proper packaging. The item must be in the same condition as upon receipt. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we assess whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will be set off against the return amount.

If you receive a wrong item or have received an item with errors or defects, please contact  kontakt@najalauf.com for a return label.
