We process and ship your order within our normal opening hours - Monday to Friday between 8 am - 15 pm (except public holidays). All orders are dispatched the same day if possible. Orders are shipped with GLS or Postnord, whichever you choose.
During busy periods, such as in the lead up to Christmas and during sales and Black Friday, it can take up to 4 days from when you place your order until we ship it.
We want to give you the very best service, and will do everything to be able to deliver day to day.
Our packages can be picked up between. 14 pm-15 pm daily.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. This link only becomes active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment.
Unfortunately, you can't. We do not accept personal inquiries, either regarding collections, returns or exchanges.

We must be notified that you wish to return your purchase no later than 14 days after the date of purchase. In addition, you then have 14 days to return the purchase. You will not receive a return number or return label and the return is at your own expense.
However, you can buy a return label through us for DKK 39.
The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we will make an assessment of whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will then be deducted from the return amount.
When returning, please enclose a copy of the invoice and the return slip, on which you can note the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please write which size you are interested in (we are happy to exchange if stock is available).

If you receive an incorrect item or have received an item with errors or defects, please contact: email@example.com for the purpose of a return label.
Naja Lauf covers all expenses in the event of incorrect deliveries in the form of a return label issued by us. We do NOT refund return labels not issued by us.
We endeavor to handle your return as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, between 2-4 days from when we have received your return until we actually handle it.
After this, it can take up to 30 days before the amount is returned to your account. This depends on your bank or card provider. All refunds go via the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.
