At najalauf.com you can only order goods through our website. Information about specifications from the manufacturer or from the seller's website is for guidance only. Price increases, tax changes, currency changes, sold-out/discontinued goods, and typing errors are reserved.
All the goods you see here in the retailer shop are physically in our warehouse. All prices include 25% VAT and the amount is in Danish kroner.

When using the various payment options, there may be a card fee associated. The fee for using the respective payment cards and methods is shown in parentheses.
The amount for the goods is charged only when the goods are sent from Fashion Society. A larger amount than what you have approved at the purchase can never be charged.
All prices listed in the online shop are in Danish kroner (DKK/Dkr) and include 25% Danish VAT.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is obliged to pay customs duties and additional costs. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.
We have learned that several of our customers are experiencing problems with payment in our webshop. This may be due to new legislation that came into effect on January 31, 2020. To comply with this, the banks that use NemID in connection with the approval of online shopping made a change to 3-D Secure on December 28, 2020.

RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Fashion Society offers a 14-day right of withdrawal.If there is a defect in an item, or if you receive the wrong item, we will of course cover all return costs and send you a new item provided the item is in stock. However, it is important that you contact our support for a free return label in case of incorrect deliveries. We do not cover costs for shipments returned without a return label issued by Fashion Society.
We must be informed that you wish to cancel your purchase no later than 14 days after the purchase date. Furthermore, you have 14 days to return the purchase.
Note: when purchasing Christmas gifts, your right of return is extended until January 10, 2025.
The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and labels must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we will assess whether the item has lost value – and if this is the case, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
When returning, a copy of the invoice/order confirmation and the included return slip must be attached. The money can only be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase. We only transfer money electronically.
Returns due to cancellation are at the buyer's own expense and responsibility. All return items must be sent to the following address:

DO NOT use DAO for returns, as DAO does NOT deliver to business addresses. Shipments sent with DAO will be delivered to a parcel shop. The shipment is the sender's own responsibility.
COMPLAINT
Najalauf.com checks all goods before dispatch. When you shop at www.najalauf.com, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount on the price, depending on the specific circumstances.
You are kindly requested to complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will be timely.
The complaint must of course be justified and the defect must not have arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
We need the following information when you return the item: describe the problem as detailed as possible. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery and similar.

The gift card has no expiration date.
You are responsible for the gift card, and the risk of loss and misuse of the gift card lies with you. You must therefore bear any losses in this regard. Fashion Society does not replace the gift card in case of loss or misuse.
